Job summary

Asana is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition Operations & Strategy in our Chicago office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. You will lead a team of program managers and TA professionals to maximize efficiency, enablement, and planning for recruiting across Asana.

The role partners with cross-functional leaders to oversee headcount management, recruiting enablement, and candidate experience, driving operational excellence to deliver business objectives through high-quality hiring.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• 4+ years managing TA Operations.
• Experience partnering with senior level stakeholders on company-wide initiatives.
• Data-driven approach to decision making for hiring.
• Proven ability to drive organizational change and speed to hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of program managers and TA professionals to maximize efficiency and planning.
• Oversee headcount management, recruiting enablement, and candidate experience.
• Drive TA systems, workflows, and KPIs to enable timely high-quality hiring.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to build a high-velocity hiring strategy.
• Develop a TA roadmap and capacity model to meet business needs.
