Qualifications

• 8+ years in Talent Acquisition and 4+ years leading TA Operations.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders on company-wide initiatives.
• Proven ability to drive change across an organization and foster accountability.
• Data-driven approach to decisions that improve efficiency and outcomes.
• History of innovative, scalable TA approaches is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to craft a high-impact hiring strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement of TA systems and end-to-end processes.
• Define and iterate a TA roadmap to recruit diverse top talent.
• Leverage data to identify trends, pain points, and KPI drivers.
• Build a TA capacity model for optimal resource allocation.
• Lead talent marketing and Candidate Care strategy to improve experience.
