Job summary

Asana is seeking a People Partner to serve as a strategic HR Business Partner, shaping talent transformation at the functional leadership level.

Based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule, you will collaborate with senior leaders to drive change, analyze data, and build capability across teams. Base salary ranges from $175,000 to $200,000 with equity and benefits.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of HR experience with a track record as a strategic HR Business Partner or Organizational Consultant.
• Navigates large-scale organizational change and influences without authority.
• Strong communicator capable of C-suite conversations and complex data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Drive department-level talent strategy initiatives aligned with business outcomes.
• Identify root issues in complex situations and socialize change with senior stakeholders.
• Lead change management with senior leaders to develop scalable strategies.
• Advise functional leads as a trusted advisor on people-related matters.
• Interpret complex people data to identify trends and drive decisions.
• Participate in headcount planning and strategic workforce discussions.
