Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Talent Management Manager to strengthen leadership capability, readiness, and business performance across Performance Foodservice. You will collaborate with Human Resources and business leaders to implement performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, career development, and leadership development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–7 years of related experience.
• 6 months–1 year of supervisory, project leadership, or program-management experience.
• Experience implementing talent-management programs such as performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, career development, leadership development, or workforce planning.
• Strong understanding of talent-assessment, succession, performance-management, and employee development principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and business leaders to design and execute talent strategies aligning with objectives.
• Manage talent management processes and program cycles including performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Facilitate calibration and talent review discussions to identify high-potential talent and development needs.
• Coordinate succession planning for critical roles and strengthen leadership pipelines.
• Support career development, talent mobility, and leadership development initiatives.
• Consult with leaders on talent programs, providing tools and insights.
• Analyze talent data to assess health and inform decisions.
• Develop dashboards and resources for governance of talent programs.
