Job summary

Workday in Pleasanton, CA is seeking a Recruiting, Talent and Learning Enterprise Applications Analyst to support the successful implementation and ongoing optimization of Workday’s Recruiting, Talent and Learning solutions.

You will partner with internal customers to understand requirements, configure and test the Workday solution, and provide day-to-day systems support, leveraging 5+ years in IT implementation and project management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT implementation, software consulting, or customer support.
• 3+ years of experience implementing or supporting Workday Recruiting, Talent and Learning products.
• 5+ years of professional experience in project management or project planning.

Responsibilities

• Support the successful implementation and ongoing optimization of Workday’s Recruiting, Talent and Learning solutions internally.
• Provide Workday product and implementation expertise to business partners and work closely with internal customers to understand requirements.
• Help configure and test the Workday solution, and provide day-to-day systems support.
