Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced degree preferred in Organizational Psychology, HR, Business or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in talent management, leadership development, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise talent management strategy aligning reviews, succession planning, and leadership development with strategic priorities.
• Own enterprise succession planning to strengthen bench strength and readiness for future talent transitions.
• Drive talent potential, leadership pipeline development, and differentiating development for high-potential talent.
• Design and oversee VP/Senior leadership readiness, onboarding, and development experiences.
