Sierra Space Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner II to lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through hiring, in collaboration with business leaders to address staffing needs.

Responsibilities include conducting screenings, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate candidate data in the ATS, while leveraging social media and networking events to build a robust talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 2+ years of related experience.
• Possesses recruiting knowledge and understanding of business groups operations.
• Able to correlate manager recruiting needs into sourcing an effective talent pipeline.
• Promotes strategic ideas to impact talent strategies and recruiting processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to hiring.
• Work with business leaders to understand staffing needs and plan recruitment.
• Leverage social media and other channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Conduct screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS and update hiring managers.
• Prepare job descriptions and postings with hiring managers; participate in career fairs.
