Qualifications

• 10+ years in talent development and talent acquisition.
• Leadership experience at senior level with cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Passion for the fashion industry and inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement talent development programs including training, coaching, and mentoring to foster continuous learning and career progression.
• Lead the Organizational Management Review (OMR) to identify key talents and ensure a leadership pipeline.
• Collaborate with Maison Talent Directors to align regional talent initiatives with global strategy.
• Enhance internal mobility and collaborate with LVMH Group on talent mobility.
• Lead executive recruitment end-to-end and ensure an engaging candidate experience.
• Define staffing needs with leaders and implement innovative sourcing strategies.
• Implement metrics and reporting for recruiting activities.
