Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead talent development programs, including training, coaching, and mentoring initiatives to foster continuous learning and career progression.
  • Lead the Organizational Management Review (OMR) to identify key talents, nurture growth, and ensure leadership talent pipelines.
  • Collaborate with Maison Talent Directors to integrate regional talent initiatives with global strategy.
  • Enhance internal mobility across Fashion Group in collaboration with the wider LVMH Group.
  • Lead end-to-end executive recruitment processes with a seamless candidate experience.

Director of Talent Development and Acquisition

LVMH Fashion Group seeks a dynamic Director of Talent Development and Acquisition to lead strategic talent initiatives across our prestigious Maisons (CELINE, Fendi, Givenchy, Loewe, Kenzo, Emilio Pucci). This pivotal role drives talent attraction, retention, and development, shaping our future workforce and enhancing our employer brand. The ideal candidate is an innovative leader with a proven track record in both talent development and acquisition, capable of executing strategies aligned with our values and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Management & Development
  • Design and implement impactful employee development programs, including training, coaching, and mentoring initiatives, to foster continuous learning and career progression.
  • Lead the Organizational Management Review (OMR) to identify key talents, nurture their growth, and ensure a continuous pipeline of leadership talent for critical roles.
  • Collaborate with Maison Talent Directors to integrate the regional talent initiatives with the overarching global talent strategy
  • Enhance the internal mobility experience of Fashion Group’s employees in collaboration with the wider LVMH Group.
  • Lead the nomination process for LVMH HOUSE programs, partnering with Maisons to strategically assign and deliver tailored learning experiences across all talent segments.
  • Facilitate career conversations and set clear career pathing expectations within both the corporate and retail departments.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Lead the end-to-end executive recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience that reflects our company values.
  • Collaborate with leaders to define staffing needs and implement innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Implement metrics and reporting frameworks for recruiting activities to identify trends and insights.
  • Build and manage internal client relationships with key stakeholders across various functions, businesses, and geographies through a consultative and collaborative approach, demonstrated sense of urgency, and consistently delivering on commitments.

Profile

Additional information

The compensation for this position ranges from $160,000 -$175,000 (annually). The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience. In addition, there is a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks, and a retirement plan with employer contribution.
