Job summary

CELINE, a fast-growing luxury house within LVMH, seeks an experienced strategy and VIP/talent expert to drive US visibility, manage talent dressing, and oversee gifting and activations. You will coordinate with Paris and NY teams, monitor budgets, and lead high-profile events while traveling as required.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in luxury environments, superb communication, and a knack for navigating complex schedules.

Qualifications

10+ years’ related experience.
Experience working with luxury brands.
International environment experience a plus.
Outstanding interpersonal skills; build relationships.
Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Highly agile and able to execute amid ambiguity.
Superior written, verbal and presentation skills.
Ability to travel when required.

Responsibilities

Develop strategies and budget proposals to increase US visibility within brand image parameters.
Benchmark competitors on product placements, activations, and dressing moments.
Monitor rising talent for paid collaboration opportunities.
Lead dressing requests and manage approvals with stylists.
Oversee sample movement with VIP Coordinator (NY showroom & Paris).
Coordinate gifting and regional talent proposals for activations.
Review monthly budget with Head of VIP and US Accounting; adjust as needed.
Organize travel for US VIPs and oversee show logistics.
