Job summary

Zillow's Talent Intelligence team is seeking a Senior Talent Intelligence Analyst to partner with senior leadership, owning the most complex external market research engagements. You will design and lead research across talent, workforce, and organizational priorities, translating quantitative and qualitative findings into clear recommendations for VPs and executives, and mentoring the team as it evolves.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in talent intelligence, market research, management consulting, or a high-level recruitment strategy role, including experience independently owning complex, ambiguous projects end-to-end.
Use generative AI, advanced intelligence platforms, and diverse external sources to identify market patterns, benchmarks, risks, and opportunities

Responsibilities

Lead complex, ambiguous Talent Intelligence engagements from scoping through executive delivery.
Build external market intelligence on topics like talent markets, leadership profiles, location strategy, and workforce trends.
Synthesize findings into executive-ready narratives and visualizations for VPs and senior stakeholders.
Mentor and develop the skills of less experienced analysts.
Advise on how external intelligence informs near- and long-term priorities.
