Job summary

Alliance Defending Freedom seeks a Senior Director of Talent Development to design and execute an enterprise-wide learning ecosystem that grows professional competency and Christ-centered character.

You will partner with senior leadership to embed a continuous learning culture, oversee leadership development, succession planning, and the LMS strategy, ensuring programs scale with the mission and values of the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field; 10+ years in talent development or organizational learning.
• At least 4 years in a senior leadership role with strategic scope.
• Strong expertise in adult learning theory, curriculum design, and leadership development.
• Experience designing enterprise-wide succession planning and development programs.
• Proficiency with LMS and learning technology to scale training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year talent development strategy aligned to mission and objectives.
• Lead end-to-end instructional design across modalities and curricula.
• Design leadership development programs and execution of coaching, cohorts, and 360 feedback.
• Oversee enterprise succession planning with capability gap analysis.
• Foster mission-driven culture and employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage LMS strategy, governance, dashboards, and vendor relationships.
