Medici Brands is seeking a Talent Strategist to own full-cycle hiring across all teams in New York City. You will partner with leadership to craft hiring strategies, shape candidate experiences, and build a scalable hiring process that reflects the David brand.

You’ll lead from talent strategy to offer negotiation, sourcing, and close, while delivering market insights and a superior candidate experience in a fast-paced, in-person environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Organizational Psychology, HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Excellent communication skills with a warm, professional, relationship-driven approach.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities with speed and precision.
• Curiosity about people and what makes teams successful.
• Excitement about building exceptional teams in a fast-paced, in-person CPG environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring across multiple functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and interview processes.
• Advise leaders with market insights, talent intelligence, and guidance through hiring.
• Identify and engage exceptional talent via proactive sourcing and networking.
• Lead candidate evaluation for capability, values alignment, and long-term potential.
• Create a fast, thoughtful, transparent candidate experience reflecting the David brand.
• Manage recruiting operations including pipeline, interviews, ATS hygiene, and analytics.
• Draft compelling job descriptions and recruiting messaging that fit the David brand.
