Ideal candidates have 3-5+ years in client-facing creative strategy and graphic design, with a strong portfolio for US-based CPG brands and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years experience in a client-facing creative strategist role.
• 3-5+ years experience as a graphic designer in fast-paced CPG settings.
• Portfolio demonstrating design work for US-based CPG brands.
• Intermediate-advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Extremely organized and proactive in communication.
• Able to manage timelines and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent English communication and project management skills.
• Available to work full-time aligned to US Eastern Time.

Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact for creative communication and delivery (Slack).
• Translate ad concepts into effective ad angles.
• Design static images and motion graphics for campaigns.
• Review ad performance and summarize actionable recommendations.
• Flag roadblocks early and surface issues to avoid delays.
• Collaborate with departments to deliver high-quality creative on time.
• Track performance data and adjust strategy accordingly.
