Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking a Senior Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will drive proactive sourcing for senior and hard-to-fill roles, build pipelines of top passive candidates, and partner with recruiters and business leaders to align talent strategy with growth objectives.

You will conduct market research, map talent landscapes, and improve our internal sourcing capabilities to reduce reliance on external partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in HR or talent acquisition.
Minimum 6+ years in talent acquisition, executive search or sourcing roles.
Advanced experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools.
Strong market-mapping, candidate engagement and analytics skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for critical, hard-to-fill and executive roles.
Build and maintain pipelines of passive talent aligned to business needs.
Conduct market mapping across competitors, geographies and talent markets.
Partner with recruiters and leaders to translate needs into targeted sourcing plans.
Engage passive candidates via HireEZ, networks, referrals and industry groups.
Advise on talent availability, competitor hiring and market trends.
