Horizon Roofing is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Workforce Recruiter to lead our recruiting strategy and help grow our next phase of expansion. You’ll work directly with leadership to understand talent needs and build durable pipelines across trades, service, and management.

You’ll actively source candidates, outreach beyond postings, and shape how Horizon positions itself as an employer. This role rewards proactive sourcing and tangible hiring impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition and building recruiting strategies.
• Ability to develop recruiting pipelines and proactive candidate outreach.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting efforts for positions across Horizon, including skilled trades, field ops, service, sales, and leadership.
• Build and manage a Talent Pipeline beyond job postings.
• Partner with department leaders to understand talent needs and hiring success.
• Develop creative strategies to attract and engage candidates across channels.
