Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, plus relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years in full-cycle talent acquisition; healthcare experience preferred.
• Two years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and hiring support.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Screen and interview candidates; coordinate interviews with managers.
• Prepare offers and support salary negotiations; maintain compliance.
• Track metrics and optimize recruiting processes and outreach.
