Job summary

American Cementing LLC in Spring, TX is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions. You will partner with hiring managers and HR to develop job descriptions, source candidates, screen, interview, and coordinate offers.

Travel up to 50% for recruiting events and district-wide sourcing; you will optimize recruiting processes, improve candidate experience, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of full-cycle recruitment, including requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and pre-employment processing.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs and develop compelling job descriptions.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, sourcing effectiveness and efficiency.
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, networks, social media, referrals, events, and other channels.
• Review applications, conduct screens and interviews, assess qualifications, and recommend candidates for consideration.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers on compensation, offers, and terms within company guidelines.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates to promote a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in ATS and recruiting systems.
• Prepare and present recruiting reports and metrics to leadership.
