Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of recruiting experience in professional services, the ability to switch between high-volume and niche searches, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience, agency or corporate for professional services roles
• Ability to pivot between high-volume and niche searches
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to run with limited training
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for roles across legal and operations teams
• Source, screen, and engage candidates at all levels, from entry-level to executive
• Coordinate interviews and deliver a seamless candidate experience
• Partner with hiring managers on intake calls and provide consultative guidance
• Manage 20+ requisitions at a time while maintaining quality
