Bressler Amery & Ross is seeking an organized Legal Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-lifecycle recruitment for business services staff and attorneys across multiple offices. You will coordinate early-career programs, onboarding, and employee experience initiatives while partnering with firm leaders to align hiring with practice needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with 1–2 years focused on legal recruitment (law firm or corporate in-house).
• Direct exposure to attorney hiring workflows or OCI/Summer Associate programs preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead full-lifecycle recruitment for lateral attorneys, legal support staff, paralegals, and business services professionals across offices.
• Partner with Practice Group Leaders, Principals, and managers to define candidate profiles and interview timelines.
• Source passive attorney and business services talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and prepare candidate dossiers and interview summaries.
• Manage pre-employment due diligence, background checks, and writing sample collections.
• Coordinate offer processes and onboarding workflows, including salary verifications and approvals.
• Manage external search firm relationships and placement guidelines.
