You will partner with internal stakeholders to define strategic hiring objectives, build pipelines, source candidates, and manage the recruitment process end-to-end. The role requires strong communication, urgency, and expertise in recruitment strategies, with preference for legal industry familiarity; a bachelor’s in HR/Business is required, and a master’s or JD is a

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Minimum of 3 years of lateral partner recruitment experience preferred.
• Legal industry knowledge and established relationships preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; urgency in moving processes.
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and strategize for recruiting needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life cycle recruitment for legal and professional roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and job descriptions.
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to the team.
