You will collaborate with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire talent that supports safe operations, regulatory compliance, and customer-driven growth. You will source candidates through LinkedIn, industry networks, trade schools, and referrals, while promoting a strong safety culture and

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for industrial, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environments.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
• Experience using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions across multiple functions.
• Partner with HR and leaders to forecast talent needs and ensure continuity.
• Support rapid hiring for high-volume roles at distribution centers.
• Source candidates with industry networks, trade schools, and referrals.
• Coach hiring managers on compliant, inclusive interviewing and offers.
