Job summary

Brenntag is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting across branch, technical, commercial, and corporate roles in our chemical distribution business. You will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire talent that supports safe operations and growth.

You’ll source candidates with industry experience, manage high-volume hiring, and coach leaders on compliant, inclusive hiring practices while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent).
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for industrial, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environments.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
• Experience using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Corporate functions.
• Forecast talent needs with HR and business leaders.
• Support rapid hiring for high-volume distribution center roles.
• Source candidates in chemical distribution or manufacturing with safety-focused mindset.
• Ensure compliant hiring practices and maintain accurate ATS documentation.
