Job summary

AlloSource® is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Centennial, CO, to optimize recruiting operations for positions primarily in Colorado and other states. You will manage requisitions, postings, applicant tracking, and coordination of offers within ADP Workforce Now Recruiting and other platforms.

The role emphasizes sourcing strategies, compliance, and collaboration with hiring managers while adhering to established policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting coordination or talent acquisition administration experience.
• 1+ year of hands-on experience using ADP Workforce Now Recruiting.
• Experience coordinating requisitions and supporting recruiting for positions across multiple U.S. states.
• Experience sourcing applicants through Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms and channels.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate recruiting records and documentation.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders at various levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to communicate in English proficiently (speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension).
• In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, 4 years of recruiting experience plus: 1+ year of hands-on experience using ADP Workforce Now Recruiting.
• Experience coordinating requisitions and supporting recruiting for positions across multiple U.S. states.
• Experience sourcing applicants through Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms and channels.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate recruiting records and documentation.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders at various levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate posting of openings across ADP Workforce Now Recruiting and other platforms.
• Manage assigned requisitions, applicant tracking, communications, dispositions, and recordkeeping.
• Create, publish, and maintain job postings on multiple platforms and ensure state postings where applicable.
• Develop and evaluate sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates.
• Provide recommendations to management on recruiting operations and workforce planning.
• Assist with application review, schedule interviews, and ensure feedback is uploaded to the system.
• Prepare approved offer letters and coordinate pre-employment and onboarding steps.
• Interpret recruiting policies and independently resolve issues within authority.
