WIN Home Inspection is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition professional with 4+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience. The role combines hands-on hiring with strategic analytics to attract top US talent efficiently.

You will manage the full lifecycle, partner with managers, craft sourcing strategies, and optimize processes using Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn, and Naukri. Focus on metrics and candidate experience in a 100% remote environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in end-to-end recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with ATS/HRIS and recruitment analytics.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Familiarity with interview design, assessment frameworks, and structured hiring processes.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and recommend effective hiring strategies.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
• Post and manage job openings on platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
• Maintain and manage recruitment workflows in Greenhouse ATS, ensuring accurate candidate tracking and reporting.
• Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate pipeline health.
• Analyze recruitment data to identify bottlenecks, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Support workforce planning with insights on talent availability and market trends.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
