Job summary

Dynalectric Company seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, engage, and attract qualified talent across posting boards, social media, outreach programs, and strategic search methodologies. You will manage screening, coordinate recruitment campaigns, and maintain ATS records, while collaborating with marketing on HR content.

You will also coordinate university partnerships, internships, and mentorship programs, and engage with veteran outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

• BSc/BA preferred but not required.
• Solid understanding of talent and acquisition principles.
• Good knowledge of MS Office 365 suite.
• Job fair experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be a self-starter and able to work with different departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Review hiring needs to anticipate future needs.
• Create interview questions for screens.
• Maintain and update job descriptions and postings.
• Coordinate and distribute recruitment campaigns to employees.
• Manage candidate screening and ATS records.
• Collaborate with marketing on HR LinkedIn content.
• Coordinate job fairs, university partnerships, and internship programs.
