Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Recruiter to source, screen, and hire top talent for our Jacksonville, FL area. You will partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruiting strategies, while managing the full cycle of interviews, offers, and onboarding.

The role emphasizes strong communication, negotiation, and bilingual English/Spanish capabilities, with focus on Indeed and LinkedIn sourcing, and maintaining a robust talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience using ATS and sourcing platforms (Indeed and LinkedIn).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate in-person and virtual interviews with hiring teams.
• Present offers and guide onboarding process.
• Maintain candidate records and analyze recruiting metrics.
• Support HR initiatives and translation as needed.
