Job summary

Seven Logik in Miami, FL seeks an experienced Recruiter to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment. You will source, screen, interview, coordinate candidates, and partner with hiring managers throughout the process.

Strong English and Spanish, proven recruiting experience, and adept use of Indeed, LinkedIn, ATS, and other tools are essential. You will build pipelines, keep candidates informed, and help generate recruiting reports to support hiring goals.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish – REQUIRED.
• Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience required.
• Experience using Indeed, LinkedIn, ATS platforms, and other recruiting tools.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings and interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Create and publish job postings across multiple recruiting platforms.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Track candidates and recruitment activity using ATS and recruiting systems.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, requirements, and priorities.
• Manage multiple open positions and recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Assist with recruiting reports and candidate tracking as needed.
