Job summary

Brookfield seeks a Recruiter to join the Brookfield Real Estate Corporate Operations division in New York. You will build and develop high-performing teams across the U.S. and Canada, managing a full life cycle of recruitment and talent acquisition strategy.

You will partner with HR Partners and Hiring Managers, coordinate onboarding, and drive employer branding while supporting intern programs and external agency relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 3+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS); Workday is a plus.
• Proficient in sourcing via LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for U.S. and Canadian divisions.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to define roles.
• Coordinate pre-onboarding and onboarding to ensure a positive experience.
• Present qualified candidates and gather timely feedback from stakeholders.
• Utilize proactive sourcing strategies and talent mapping.
• Maintain job postings in Workday and post on external boards.
• Represent Brookfield at events and career fairs; support intern recruitment.
• Assist with recruitment events and employer branding initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.
