Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS); Workday experience is an asset.
• Proficiency sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment for Brookfield Real Estate’s U.S. and Canada divisions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating hiring manager interviews, gathering feedback, offer preparation, and onboarding.
