Job summary

• Experience building pipelines for leadership and professional roles.
• Experience with workforce planning, succession planning, and talent acquisition initiatives.
• Experience using labor market analytics and workforce data to guide recruiting.
• Executive search experience in corporate or agency environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize forecast-driven pipelines for leadership and professional roles across the organization.
• Apply talent market intelligence and long-range engagement to meet future hiring needs.
• Translate workforce forecasts into targeted sourcing strategies with leaders and HR partners.
• Develop relationships with leadership and technical professionals to ensure pipeline readiness.
• Support workforce requirements through mapping, competitive intelligence, and networking.
• Assist management and executives across Engineering, Operations, and other strategic functions.
