Job summary

Colonial Group, Inc. recruits a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to partner with business leaders and HR to deliver diverse talent across the organization. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, build pipelines, screen candidates, and guide interview processes.

You will maintain accurate metrics, stay current with industry trends, and ensure OFCCP, DOL, EEO, and DOT compliance while collaborating with community partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in talent acquisition in a professional, corporate, or staffing role.
• Associate's degree or equivalent; BA/BS degree strongly preferred.
• Experience using talent acquisition/applicant tracking and reporting software.
• Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Self-directed and detail oriented, with problem-solving capabilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand needs, develop recruiting strategies, source candidates, and assess applicants.
• Meet staffing goals across levels, disciplines, and organizations.
• Review applications, conduct pre-screening, and recommend candidates.
• Meet with hiring managers to understand position requirements and long-term goals.
• Contribute to interview processes with leadership and provide recommendations.
• Maintain reporting and data for talent acquisition metrics and compliance.
• Collaborate to review job descriptions for required skills and qualifications.
• Proactively source and maintain pipelines via internal/external networks and events.
• Stay current with recruitment trends and community partnerships.
• Identify third-party partnerships when applicable.
• Provide recruitment training and guidance across the organization.
• Utilize ATS to process candidates and ensure OFCCP, DOL, EEO, and DOT guidelines are met.
• Other duties or project assignments as assigned.
