Evolution Gaming Limited in Southfield, MI is seeking an experienced recruiter to join our Recruitment Team. You will report to the Recruitment Manager, US, and own the end-to-end hiring process to bring top talent into our growing organization.

You will source candidates through multiple channels, partner with Operations and HR to reduce attrition, manage interviews, provide timely updates, and drive innovative recruitment strategies while maintaining candidate ownership and accountability.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience.
• Excellent English language proficiency.
• Experience using social media for recruitment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Source talent using diverse methods and platforms.
• Collaborate with Operations and HR to analyze candidate drop-off and retention risks.
• Own requisitions from sourcing through offer.
• Set up and attend recruitment meetings and interviews.
• Maintain timely follow-up with candidates through the process.
• Meet daily outreach, screening, and pipeline targets.
• Identify bottlenecks and adapt strategies independently.
• Update internal systems for recruitment data accuracy.
• Advertise positions via predefined channels.
• Liaise with external agencies and partners.
• Drive talent attraction strategies to meet hiring goals.
• Demonstrate accountability during and outside standard hours.
• Champion the 'Human Element' within Evolution.
