Job summary

Empower Pharmacy is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Program Manager to lead strategic hiring initiatives in a hyper-growth, highly regulated 503A/503B environment. You will own end-to-end TA programs, drive AI-enhanced planning, and partner with recruiters, sourcers, and hiring managers to deliver measurable business value across multiple workstreams.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in Talent Acquisition and program management, strong stakeholder skills, and familiarity with enterprise TA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in Talent Acquisition and program management.
• Experience with enterprise Talent Acquisition programs and cross-functional initiatives.
• Knowledge of sourcing, pipeline management, and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of TA programs.
• Translate priorities into project roadmaps with objectives and metrics.
• Use AI-enabled planning, dashboards, and reporting to improve execution.
• Collaborate with recruiters, sourcers, TA leaders, and hiring managers.
