Qualifications

• 8+ years of senior–director recruiting experience in technology, consulting, or healthcare-adjacent industries.
• Proven track record in building pipelines and closing high-impact technical hires.
• Proficiency with AI recruitment platforms, talent intelligence, and structured assessment frameworks.
• Exceptional discretion and advisory capability with senior leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Technology Pipelining: Build AI-enabled pipelines of technology leaders aligned to Empower’s growth strategy.
• Market and Competitor Intelligence: Use AI analytics to monitor competitor leadership shifts and trends.
• Coaching the Assessment Process: Implement AI-supported evaluation frameworks to ensure data-driven hiring.
• Offer Process and Closing Strategy: Architect competitive offers and deploy AI-driven value propositions.
• Pre-Onboarding and Retention Enablement: Design pre-onboarding plans and monitor engagement for retention.
