Job summary

Empower Pharmacy is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive speed and quality in hiring within a hyper-growth, highly regulated 503A/503B setting. You will own end-to-end recruitment, leveraging AI to scale sourcing, screening, and decisions, while meeting ambitious P80-P90 talent targets.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to build strategic pipelines, optimize processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience while advancing Empower’s values

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with success in strategic recruitment and AI utilization.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Alignment: Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives. Utilize AI to enhance recruitment processes, ensuring regulatory standards are met.
• Market Insights: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities; use data-driven insights and AI for workforce planning.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand needs and provide strategic TA solutions.
• Process Optimization: Streamline recruitment processes; integrate AI to improve sourcing, screening, and selection.
• AI Integration: Automate repetitive tasks and use AI for data analysis and reporting.
• Quality Assurance: Establish metrics to measure recruitment success and ensure fairness and consistency.
• Candidate Experience: Design an exceptional candidate experience with AI-powered engagement and transparent communication.
• Vendor Partnerships: Build and manage external recruitment agency relationships and AI-enabled service delivery.
• Community Engagement: Build employer brand and diversity through AI-enabled networks.
• Learning Agility: Foster continuous learning and adaptation within the TA team.
• Feedback Integration: Collect candidate and stakeholder feedback to improve processes.
• Performance Evaluation: Track TA team performance with AI-powered analytics.
