• Develops recruitment and employment branding strategies in collaboration with Marketing & Communications.
• Oversees candidate assessment, selection, and offer processes for timely hires.
• Manages ATS maintenance, reporting, and compliance with policies and laws.
• Partners with Benefits and HR teams to onboard new hires smoothly.
