Job summary

Smalley is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a full life cycle recruiting role based on-site in Lake Zurich, IL. You will own the end-to-end process from posting through background checks and will partner with hiring managers and vendors to fill roles efficiently.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in recruitment. The base salary ranges from $68,000 to $80,000 USD, with bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in a recruitment role.
• FT In office-onsite position in Lake Zurich, IL.

Responsibilities

• Owns and manages full life cycle process of recruitment, from selection of candidate through background and drug screening process set up.
• Provides candidates with a seamless applicant process to include candidate care
• Manages job postings
• Screens resumes for viable active and passive candidates
• Identifies and builds ongoing and successful relationships with hiring managers and staffing agency vendors
• Collaborates with marketing to create social content surrounding employer brand on social networks
• Builds relationships with hiring managers to develop a keen understanding of business priorities and to provide strategic insights as an expert resource in talent acquisition.
