BestSelf Behavioral Health in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to actively recruit and screen candidates, promote our agency, programs, and positions, and partner with hiring managers to maintain staffing levels. This role will also attend career events and serve as a back-up to the Talent Acquisition Specialist.

The position is full-time ( onsite with some remote flexibility ) in Buffalo, NY, with a pay range of $22-24.75 per hour and non-exempt status.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-3 years recruiting experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit talent through multiple sourcing opportunities, including job fairs and online sources.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify top candidates and present qualified profiles.
• Present offers and clearly communicate next steps to new hires and internal transfers.
• Maintain communication with hiring managers on status and requirements.
• Support onboarding and represent the agency at hiring events.
• Promote BestSelf Behavioral Health's programs, benefits, and inclusion concepts.

Range of Pay:$22-24.75 per hour.
Location: Buffalo, NY 14203

Full Time Status 35 Hours (onsite with some remote flexibilty)

SUMMARY OF DUTIES

The Senior Talent Acquisition (TA)Specialist will actively and proactively recruit, identify, and screen qualitytalent for the agency's hiring needs. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialistwill positively promote our agency, programs, benefits, and positions to ensureall candidates understand why BestSelf Behavioral Health is such a great placeto work. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with allassigned hiring managers to keep an accurate report of current vacancies inorder to hire and maintain sufficient levels of staffing. In addition, theSenior Talent Acquisition Specialist will attend career events and serve as theback-up to the Talent Acquisition Specialist as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Effectivelyand proactively recruit talent through multiple sourcing opportunities thatinclude attending job fairs, monitoring online sources, and developingadvertisement in partnership with the marketing team.
• Workswith all hiring managers to acquire top level talent.
• Identify,screen, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Presentoffers and communicate clearly the next steps in the process for all new hires& internal transfers.
• Maintainclear communication on next steps and requirements with all new hires &hiring managers.
• Buildand maintain relationships with Colleges/Universities and other typical sourcesof Recruiting.
• Managethe internal career spotlight process in collaboration with the Marketing team.
• Assistsall hiring managers to ensure all open positions are posted and filled within atimely manner.
• Worksin collaboration with Senior Management teams to ensure the correct amount ofopen positions is reflected in their organization chart.
• Developrecruiting ideas and strategize with the Marketing team to increase candidateflow.
• Provideregular updates to hiring managers regarding the status of their openings.
• Supportsthe Talent Acquisition Specialist in the onboarding process as requested by theTalent Acquisition Manager.
• Representthe agency at hiring events as requested by the Talent Acquisition Manager.
• Promoteagency's Racial, Equity, and Inclusion concepts.
• Completesall trainings required by the agency.
• Performsall other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School degree or equivalent required; Bachelor'sdegree preferred and at 2-3 years of recruiting experience
• Efficiencyworking with common office technology/software including the use of theMicrosoft Office Suite
• Musthave experience using basic office technology including the full MicrosoftSuite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), copiers, faxes, scanners, phones.
• Abilityto establish and maintain good working relationships with all stakeholders inthe agency.
• Excellentattention to detail.
• Knowledgeableof agency's programs and services.
• Abilityto multi-task and remain organized in a fast paced environment.
• Reliabletransportation with ability to travel between sites & to external events asneeded.
