Job summary

Amcor is seeking a recruiting professional to handle production/operations positions across the United States. The role acts as a trusted adviser to Hiring Managers, HR Partners, and Candidates, owning the Amcor hiring process for manufacturing sites and ensuring flawless execution of talent acquisition.

You will source candidates, screen and recommend next steps, and develop relationships to understand the manufacturing business and roles. Travel to non-local sites annually is expected.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of related recruiting or HR experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advise Hiring Managers and HR Partners on the standard recruitment process by aligning on hiring needs and recommending recruitment strategies.
• Source and phone screen candidates, including outbound sourcing of passive candidates.
• Partner with the business to understand manufacturing roles and recruitment needs.
• Manage third party recruiters as needed and set expectations and timelines.
• Support diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and employer branding activities.
