Vizient, Inc. in Chicago is seeking an experienced recruiting leader to manage full-cycle recruitment across a diverse portfolio for the Kaufman Hall Consulting Business Unit.
You will partner with business leaders to understand talent needs, source top candidates, and guide offers and onboarding in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong relationship-building, executive search and contingency recruiting experience, plus proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and MS Office.

Summary: In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across a diverse portfolio of positions supporting The Kaufman Hall Consulting Business Unit. This group includes a wide-range of skill sets including, but not limited to, strategy and performance improvement, consultants, investment bankers, finance professionals, healthcare experts, clinical leaders, technology leaders, and project managers. You will partner with business leaders to understand talent needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional client and candidate experience. You will build strong relationships across the organization, leverage market insights to identify top talent, and contribute to recruiting initiatives that support business growth.
Estimated Hiring Range: At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $77,400.00 to $135,400.00. This position is also incentive eligible.
