Ember Group Consulting LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Talent Experience Associate to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for consulting and corporate roles, focusing on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent in a competitive market.

You will partner with hiring leaders, build strong pipelines, conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, and drive exceptional candidate experiences while aligning with Ember's growth and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in HR or related field.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting in consulting, professional services, staffing, or corporate recruiting.
• Proven success recruiting for professional, technical, and leadership roles.
• Strong sourcing and talent engagement; experience with passive candidates.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and hiring managers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; proficient with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake meetings through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality candidates across multiple channels.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for technology, operations, finance, and corporate functions, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates to meet hiring demands.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, employee referrals, and direct sourcing techniques to attract passive and active candidates.
• Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess technical skills, competencies, qualifications, and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
