Job summary

First Community Credit Union is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growth across Houston and beyond. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring alignment with our culture and business goals.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in HR or talent acquisition, preferably in a regulated industry, with strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build robust candidate pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 1 year to 3 years of HR or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a financial institution or regulated industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build welcoming candidate experiences.
• Ability to develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
