Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of recruiting experience.
• 5 years of behavioral interviewing.
• 5 years of experience with an applicant tracking system.
• 3 years sourcing through candidate social networking tools and using creative sourcing methodologies (X-ray, FlipSearch, Boolean).
• Experience proactively searching for and engaging passive candidates.
• Experience consulting with and influencing hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Source potential talent by meeting with clients across the organization to verify job profiles and specifications.
• Ensure a positive candidate/customer experience with every candidate.
• Seek out potential candidates using innovative methods and follow recruiting process from start to finish.
• Evaluate candidate profiles and resumes; represent the company to candidates; complete candidate phone screens, prepare evaluations, and present to hiring manager.
• Explore new recruitment methods and stay updated on industry trends, sharing best practices across the team.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates to generate a high-volume, high-quality pipeline.
• Help onboard and train new recruiters on the team.
• Consult with hiring managers on candidate assessment and interview processes and develop interview tools.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers regarding recruiting.
• Educate hiring managers on recruitment process and policies.
• Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment for long-range growth.
• Ensure appropriate prioritization of business needs by asking questions and calibrating results, share pipeline data with leadership.
