Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to act as a strategic partner for Government, Defense, and Intelligence Community programs. The role focuses on cleared talent markets, proactive sourcing, and rapid staffing for active programs and contract moves.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting, maintain compliant processes, and build strong relationships with hiring managers and external partners in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience for DoD/IC or government contracting.
• Experience recruiting for technical, professional, and/or cleared roles.
• Experience sourcing for U.S. government security clearances, preferably Top Secret and above.
• Experience supporting classified or sensitive government programs across CONUS/OCONUS.
• Experience supporting proposal, capture, recompete, and contract transition activities from Talent Acquisition perspective.
• Experience recruiting for hard-to-fill technical, intelligence, engineering, cybersecurity, logistics, or mission-support roles.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute full-cycle recruiting strategies for cleared and non-cleared positions across DoD/IC and federal customers.
• Create and manage requisitions in ATS, ensuring documentation, disposition, pipeline development, and compliance.
• Source candidates through networks, talent databases, job boards, social media, referrals, events, and direct outreach.
• Build strategic pipelines of cleared technical and professional talent to support programs and growth.
• Evaluate candidates based on experience, education, training, certifications, clearance status, and other qualifications.
• Conduct screening, interviews, reference checks, compensation discussions, and pre-employment activities with confidentiality.
• Manage candidate experience from engagement to onboarding and start date.
• Extend and negotiate offers with internal stakeholders and vendors.
