Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal, the world's leading laser hair removal company, is hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support corporate and technical recruiting from our West Omaha HQ and nationwide field teams.

You will own full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, leadership and other priority roles. You’ll partner with hiring managers, map talent, and craft effective search strategies to deliver high-quality hires on a fast timeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in West Omaha, NE, five days per week.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting corporate, professional, technical, specialized, or leadership talent.
• Proven ability to independently manage complex searches from intake and market mapping through candidate selection and offer.
• Strong passive sourcing skills with demonstrated success identifying talent beyond inbound applicant flow.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders in a consultative capacity.
• Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar functions, technical requirements, organizational needs, and candidate profiles.
• Strong interviewing and talent‑assessment skills with ability to distinguish qualifications from performance.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system; ClearCompany experience is a plus.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional sourcing platforms strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for corporate, professional, technical, leadership, and other priority positions from intake through offer acceptance.
• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to understand needs, requirements, and candidate-market dynamics.
• Translate business requirements into targeted candidate profiles and recruiting strategies.
• Develop sourcing strategies for specialized, difficult-to-fill roles.
• Proactively identify and engage passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and networks.
• Conduct talent mapping and build pipelines for current and future needs.
• Develop knowledge of new functions, teams, and candidate markets.
• Conduct structured interviews and translate evidence into clear hiring recommendations.
• Evaluate candidates on qualifications, progression, depth, and long-term fit.
• Advise on compensation expectations, market conditions, and risks.
• Partner with hiring managers to maintain alignment and urgency.
• Manage multiple complex searches with high-quality communication.
