Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for corporate and technical recruiting to support our Omaha headquarters and nationwide field organization. The role focuses on professional, technical, specialized, and leadership searches, translating complex hiring needs into effective search strategies and managing searches end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferred.
• Onsite in West Omaha, NE, five days per week.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting corporate, professional, technical, specialized, or leadership talent.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for corporate, professional, technical, leadership roles.
• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Translate complex business requirements into targeted candidate profiles and recruiting strategies.
• Develop sourcing strategies for specialized, difficult-to-fill, and business-critical positions.
• Proactively identify and engage passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, social platforms, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct talent mapping and build targeted pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Conduct structured interviews and translate candidate evidence into clear, well-supported hiring recommendations.
• Advise hiring leaders on candidate availability, compensation expectations, market conditions, search strategy, and potential hiring risks.
