Milan Laser Hair Removal in Omaha, NE, seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner for corporate and technical recruiting to support high‑impact hiring across the organization. This onsite role covers the corporate headquarters and nationwide field team, focusing on professional, technical, and leadership searches.

You will own full‑cycle recruiting from intake through offer, lead intake meetings, map markets, build pipelines, and advise hiring leaders on compensation and strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in West Omaha, NE, five days per week.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers in a consultative capacity.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for corporate, professional, technical, leadership, and other priority positions from intake through offer acceptance.
• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to understand business needs and candidate-market dynamics.
• Translate complex business requirements into targeted candidate profiles and recruiting strategies.
• Develop sourcing strategies for specialized, difficult-to-fill positions.
• Proactively identify and engage passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and networks.
• Conduct talent mapping and build targeted pipelines for current and anticipated needs.
• Conduct structured interviews and translate evidence into hiring recommendations.
• Advise hiring leaders on compensation expectations, market conditions, and risks.
• Partner with hiring managers to maintain alignment, urgency, and candidate experience.
• Manage multiple complex searches while maintaining high standards.
