Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC seeks a strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to support Government, Defense, and IC programs. You will lead full-cycle recruiting for cleared and non-cleared roles, manage requisitions in ATS, and build strategic pipelines across CONUS and OCONUS deployments.

You will source candidates through networks, job boards, referrals, events, and outreach while safeguarding confidentiality and complying with federal regulations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience for DoD/IC or government contracting.
• Experience recruiting for cleared positions and U.S. government security clearances.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute full-cycle recruiting strategies for cleared and non-cleared staff across DoD/IC and federal government programs.
• Source and qualify candidates via multi-channel approaches, maintain ATS documentation, and ensure compliance.
• Screen, interview, reference checks, and compensation discussions with confidentiality.
• Facilitate onboarding, background checks, drug screening, and start date coordination.
• Collaborate with program and proposals teams to staff across CONUS and OCONUS locations.
