Zeiders Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full lifecycle recruiting and connect qualified candidates who share our mission of service. This full-time role is based at the corporate headquarters in Woodbridge, VA, within a fast-paced HR team.

The successful candidate will partner with management, write job descriptions, source and screen candidates, and guide hiring through offers, while aligning with our Core Values and OFCCP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field with 2+ years recruiting experience or 5+ years full life-cycle recruiting
• Strong Microsoft Office experience; Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Preferred: PHR, AIRS, DDI, or NAPS Certificate

Responsibilities

• Reduces time to fill positions by partnering with management to identify personnel needs and qualifications.
• Develops job descriptions or reviews and edits descriptions; works with hiring managers to close positions.
• Strategic sourcing to identify qualified candidates; builds networks with schools and public organizations.
• Coordinates and participates in job fairs and outreach to attract applicants.
• Screens applications in line with OFCCP guidelines; coordinates next interview steps.
• Writes and places job advertising; evaluates acquisition needs and suggests new methods.
• Manages Applicant Tracking System; audits offers and generates reports; trains generalists as needed.
• Analyzes recruitment metrics to support business objectives; supports diversity and referral programs.
